Monday Mural - Beyond Borders, Peaceful Voyage

One of the most striking murals I found on my visit to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) , Manila, was this bright blue mural painted in 2017 for the Art BGC festival organized by the Bonifacio Arts Foundation (BAFI).
It's located at One Global Place building, on the corner of 5th Avenue and 26th Street, and was a collaborative work by ASEAN-ROK - Korean artists and artist from other Southeast Asian countries plus over one hundred local and expat volunteers.
The main Artists were: Auggie, Bunga, Bows, Xuan Ka, Perol, Pesey, Cyrus, Zero, Miguel, Nemo, Kim Si Yeong, Lee Sun Il, Hyun Nam, and Park Young-Gyun as Project Director

In each shelf are symbols from the different ASEAN countries (Association of Southeast Asian Nations).

  8. Dearest Sami,
Very special murals you show us here and I do presume this is in Manilla? You mentioned street names but no city nor country... Readers would want to know where.
    Sending you hugs,

  14. Pretty good. While Australia is a member of ASEAN, I think we are different status members to the original group.
