I love murals and street art. If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme is for you. Just follow the Linky steps below. Once you start looking you will find murals everywhere. The "Monday Mural" meme goes live on Monday at 12,01AM, Perth,Western Australian time. Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters. Looking forward to your mural finds this week. Thanks, Sami.
Painted in April 2021 by the very talented Graeme Miles Richards, it can be found in a little laneway off Whatley Crescent next to the Australian Post in the suburb of Bayswater.
Graeme was born in Nelson, New Zealand, but moved to Perth over 30 years ago and set up his business Art Fresco Design.
He is also the artist of the East West Design (Furniture and Homewares Warehouse) mural - which I have shown here on the blog.
I have never shown you the other side of the mural at East West Design, which I will show next week.
Post office - Over there |
...thanks fir sharing all, of these bold colors on this cold winter day! Take care and stay well.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom, glad the mural "warmed you up" :)
DeleteThere's an incredible amount of images to take in. I loved the legos and the lady going "over there," rather than "that way." It was very colorful and I'm sure if I stared at it all day, I would find something new each time I looked.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for hosting, Sami. I'll be back March 6 with new murals to share.
Thanks Elizabeth. The Post office is really around the corner. Love the legos too. I think there is plenty to see too.
DeleteI love the woman walking her dog -- I have a soft spot for Jack Russells! Lots of fun color here. Have a good week, Sami!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeanie. Jack Russells are cute, but they can be exhausting :)
DeleteThose are such lovely murals. All blank walls on buildings should have murals!
ReplyDeleteThanks Marcia. I'm sure there are lots of blank walls that could do with a nice bright mural :)

DeleteThese are amazingly colorful and meaningful Sami! Favorite for me on this series is the colorful building blocks! Very meaningful for me, makes me think how different our colors may be, we can all work together and fit each other to make something strong as a wall :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Stevenson. Glad you enjoyed the mural. Hope you are doing well :)
DeleteWow, they are gorgeous. The first one made me smile so much.
