Not sure it has anything to do with carpets, but I liked this quote I saw outside a carpet shop.
You have to change your carpet a bit more often?
No carpets in my house, just a couple of rugs Marianne :)
That's a little too profound so early in the morning. i haven't even had coffee yet.
Hope you had a good coffee David :)
Politicians never change their views, and while they stand by what they said, they have new information to hand to inform the voters that there will be change.
Politicians can't really be trusted can they? Thanks Andrew :)
Too early to discuss philosophy here too! I do love when businesses come up with cute boards.
Thanks Jackie :)
...change is hard for many these days. Thanks Sami for sharing this great message.
Thanks Tom :)
Dearest Sami,No measure of intelligence for changing your carpet... Not a very sustainable thought for our environment as tons of old carpet end up in landfills. And forget about the many side affects for health because of carpet.Hugs,Mariette
I agree not sustainable at all and not too good for the health either.
My philosophy is measure twice, cut once. Same with carpets, I suspect!
A good philosophy Elizabeth. I use that when working with tool and wood.
Interesting sign with a message. It is not ideology, but ability to use verifiable information to form views.
Thanks Taken for Granted.
Those are wonderful words of wisdom!
Thanks Jeanie, certainly are :)
Hi Sami, what a great sign!!! Thank you for sharing that.
Thanks Denise :)
Life is filled with change. Great sign.Have a fabulous day, Sami. ♥
Yes, we have to change and adapt throughout life. Thanks Sandee
Um local curioso para tal reflexão.
Tambem achei que nao tinha nada a ver com carpetes. Obrigada Pedro :)
Thanks Rupam :)
Good one. Worked for me in two ways.Perth 1999, showhouse (we pretended to be rich). A couple back then our now-age. The woman complained VERY LOUD the measurement (and everything in general) was wrong and crap. Wonder how she measured that. She had no tools.Ingo and I kept ours mouths shut, pretending we don´t understand... German.I changed. These days I´d said VERY LOUD - in English - that German by no means is a "secret" language and that if she does not like it should simply leave.
I think we change with age for sure Iris, we don't tolerate as much cr*p lol!
If you don't relate this to carpets this is a really good piece of advice.. so many people get stuck in their ways. Good one Sami 😉
Good advice indeed Grace :)
That's a great quote and I've found it to be very true!
Thanks Sharon, glad you liked it :)
Considering all the "measurements" I had to make recently to get my carpets cleaned . . . :-)
Not easy, lol. Thanks
Yep, makes sense!
Thanks Linda :)
