Thanks Sami
At Santiago Urban Park (at Cidade Salamanca street), I found a couple of murals.
Aurora - Painted in July 2021, by "Os Ruido" (The noise), the name of a creative project by Portuguese artists Draw (Frederico Soares Campos) and Alma (Rodrigo Guinea Gonçalves), the mural was inspired by Spring colours
Thanks for the introduction to this artistic place Sami, and for hosting us all. Aloha!
ReplyDeleteThanks Cloudia.
DeleteThe mural of the man who is bound and gagged is interesting. I don’t think that’s a computer because it has “rabbit ears” on top of it, which would mean it’s a very old-fashioned TV set with an antenna. All your murals are neat.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting… mae at maefood.blogspot.com
Oh, I think Mae is right! Maybe a TV, rather, and the man is sick of what he sees, which might be the news - which I skipped the last three days...
DeleteWhich, since ever, sadly bring no good stuff... clever mural.
The others are beautiful, but, oh. The naked trees.....Too soon this will be reality.
Oh yes Mae, it would be a tv, not a computer. Thanks Mae
DeleteThanks Iris. Too many bad news nowadays... I avoid watching he news too.
DeleteI agree with Mae, that's an old tv like the ones we had when I was a child.
ReplyDeleteI love murals, so thanks for sharing these!
Yes, I agree it is a tv, thanks Vicky.
DeleteCertainly transformed a basic toilet block. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lydia, so much better indeed.

ReplyDeleteThank you Linda, it's a pretty one for sure.
DeleteThe first mural is so pretty -- the flowers, the colors, the girl in it ... and all. The third one is a reflection of the lives we lead these days? :) Thank you for hosting, Sami.

Violetta
Thanks Violetta, it's a pretty toilet block for sure.
DeleteDear Sami, wonderful! I find the first mural - Aurora - particularly beautiful - the face, the spring-like colors 🌸, the arrangement... I also find the second mural very aesthetic. The third mural puzzles me - is it a critique of the internet age or our collective media consumption? We may never know...
ReplyDeleteAll the best, Traude

Very interesting murals. That first one did a fabulous job weaving the images together and painting that wonderful portrait.
