Monday Murals - The fabric of time

I love murals and street art. If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme is for you.  Just follow the Linky steps below.  Once you start looking you will find murals everywhere.  The "Monday Mural" meme goes live on Monday at 12,01AM, Perth, Western Australian time. Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters. Looking forward to your mural finds this week.

Thanks Sami

Another mural from the suburb of Claremont - a long one from Walt Drabble Lane (where the previous black & white mural was) around the corner to Maude Jackson Lane.

"The Fabric of Time" was painted in March this year, by Darren Hutchens and Lawry Halden, the duo behind "Too Much Colour Productions", Perth's large scale mural specialists.

This mural that I posted last year was also painted by Darren Hutchens.

  2. Those are beautiful and colorful paintings, but I can’t see the connection to the title “Fabric of Time.”
Thanks for hosting Monday Murals. I wonder why my thumbnail image doesn’t seem to be showing up.

    1. Not sure either Mae, it's the title the artists gave to their mural. Don't know why but sometimes the thumbnail doesn't show the picture. There are 2 with this post.

  5. This is a very beautiful ornamental mural, dear Sami - the curved and straight shapes harmonize well with each other and I like that the duo uses "too much colour" 😉 (A funny group name btw). I also like the poetic title "The Fabric of Time".
Isn't it wonderful that more and more cities are becoming COLOURFUL and a bit crazy and more artistic?!?! (In this case I prefer the German word for "artistic" - it is "kunstvoll"; you may translate it with "full of art".)
On Friday we were in Vienna with our friends again at the Calle Libre Festival, where many new murals were created. I will report on that soon. Today I am offering you some murals that we discovered in San Francisco.
All the best and a happy new week, Traude

    1. Yes kunstvoll seems a more appropriate word. Thanks Traude, looking forward to your new murals from SF and Vienna.
