Monday Murals - Rottnest Island Fauna and Flora

I love murals and street art. If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme is for you.  Just follow the Linky steps below.  Once you start looking you will find murals everywhere.  The "Monday Mural" meme goes live on Monday at 12,01AM, Perth,Western Australian time. Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters. Looking forward to your mural finds this week. Thanks Sami.

I was surprised to find this beautiful mural at Rottnest Island, when I visited the island with Sydney friends who were on their round-Australia trip at the end of September.

It was painted in March 2020 by Perth artist Brenton See, who specializes in painting local flora and fauna.

This portable toilet block  shows the Eastern Osprey, the Rottnest island bobtail and of course the small Rottnest marsupial, the Quokka.

Please note: Our daughter and son-in-law will be visiting from Germany and the 4 of us will be in Bali for 10 days from the 23rd December to 1st January, so I won't be posting a mural on Monday 26th December and Monday 2nd January

So next week, Monday 19th will be the last Monday Mural for 2022.

To all those who contribute with your wonderful murals and take the time to leave a few words, thank you.

Enjoy a wonderful Christmas and may the new Year be filled with happiness, peace and joy. Happy mural hunting :)

  3. I love how the shipping container is used for something after it is no longer used as a shipping container.

Although I'll be by next week, I want to wish you a lovely holiday. I also hope you enjoy your time away and take lots of photos (as if you don't already).
