For other signs from around the world please check Tom's blog.
I saw this sign at the bottom of on an email I received at the medical clinic where I work and thought it was a great sign - "If exercise was a pill, it would be the most prescribed drug on the planet".
I'm certainly guilty of not exercising enough and even though I'm fairly healthy for my age and don't take any regular medication, I would probably take an exercise pill if I could 😄. What about you?
Funny enough, Sami, I just interrupted my training for a little break ;-)
ReplyDeleteI´d prefer the pill instead, though! This training is "fun", but... work. Take a pill and read a book would be nicer. 16C - I could even sit on the balcony!
Training is hard 😊. We had Min 7C, Max 19C and sunny.
Delete...Sami, you found a great sign. Working in my garden is providing me with lots of exercise. Thanks so much for stopping by.
ReplyDeleteGardening is my favourite workout too. Thanks for hosting Tom.
DeleteOh absolutely 100% Sami 😉
ReplyDeleteI'm sure there would be lots of takers Grace, me included 😁
DeleteAn exercise pill would be great. I take so many prescribed medications but it is good to hear you don't need to.
ReplyDeleteLuckily I seem to have inherited my parents good genes Andrew. Both of them in their 80's and all they take is high blood pressure meds.
DeleteUm medicamento que os preguiçosos iriam adorar.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de uma boa semana.

Bem verdade Francisco. Boa semana.
DeleteNice one :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Rupam :)
DeleteI would take one for sure. I'll be 70 this year and do take medication and I just got back from my morning walk.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day, Sami. ♥
We do an evening walk after dinner, but with the colder nights now, we should change that to an after work walk. Thanks Sandee
DeleteDearest Sami,
ReplyDeletePrescribed yes, but would it be taken then?!
Hugs,
Mariette
Yes, probably not along with all the other prescribed medications that people don't take. Thanks Mariette
Delete🤓
DeleteGood one, Sami!
ReplyDeleteThanks Pat :)
DeleteYep, I'd take one daily! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Martha, an easier option :)
DeleteMost prescribed and most devoured!
ReplyDeleteFor sure Jeanie :)
DeleteHaha, Sami, although I feel so good after exercising, that good feeling would need to be added to the pill. I am at the moment doing a 5 day yoga challenge to try and get back into the habit of daily yoga. also getting back into blogging, so nice to see you still here.
ReplyDeleteI never really got into yoga, even though my daughter keeps on urging me to do it. Nice to see you are getting back into blogging Gill.
DeleteI totally agree. This is wonderful. I would take one every day!!
ReplyDeleteAn easier option for sure Elizabeth :)
DeleteYes, so many people leave sedentary lives where they get virtually no exercise. A pill would be too easy. How about getting up off the sofa and going for a walk, or doing a little gardening? Exercise is not hard to come by as long as you have the will to do it.
ReplyDeleteI must confess I am a bit lazy and the only exercise I do is walking around the neighbourhood after dinner, and I enjoy gardening and of course I do a bit of exercise when painting my furniture too, lol
DeleteMy exercise these days is primarily walking. I haven't been able to swim since Covid started.
ReplyDeleteWalking is basically the only exercise I do as well. Thanks William
DeleteUm "medicamento" que pouco tomo, confesso.
ReplyDeleteObrigada Pedro :)
DeleteYes! If we even spent as much time exercising as we do eating, we would be better off.
ReplyDeleteProbably right Linda :)
DeleteExercise is important and every little bit helps!
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy walking.
All the best Jan
