Monday Mural - Sinamon girls

I love murals and street art. If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme is for you.  Just follow the Linky steps below.  Once you start looking you will find murals everywhere.  The "Monday Mural" meme goes live on Monday at 12,01AM, Perth,Western Australian time. Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters. Looking forward to your mural finds this week.  Thanks, Sami.

On a side wall of the Astor Theatre, in the suburb of Mount Lawley, above the Sinamon Cafe are two lovely ladies painted by Bec Abdy.

Under a staircase, right next to the above mural, Perth artist Melski McVee portrays the old Mount Lawley when trams still ran the streets of this suburb.
Trams were replaced by buses in July 1958.

  1. This looks like a place I could grow to love, since I love ANYTHING cinnamon. These ladies are gorgeous, too. Nice to see the added mural of the old tram. Really different and historic.
