  4. we have many decorated utility boxes in town, but not necessarily painted: the designs are applied sort of like wallpaper. Nice looking ones in your post.

  5. I had the opportunity to praise the work of an artist painting such boxes on the street. She was busy painting one and I asked her if she had painted the one I had just been admiring. She was very pleased with the compliment.

  6. So colorful and so attractive! And meaningful too as they are a showcase of symbols of aboriginal art. (Speaking of that, a friend of mine who recently visited me from your part of the world, brought me two such works. They are vibrant pieces of native art! <3)
