My cats have their own cat beds, but of course why would they sleep on their beds when sleeping on Mom and Dad's bed or sofa is so much better! And better still when they can snuggle under the the warmth of a warm blanket.
Some cats are spoiled...
It's not often than Fluffy and Shelley cuddle up together, most often than not Fluffy the bossy ginger cat is chasing her out of the sofa or the bed so that he gets to be near me or the only one getting to be patted, but this time he must have been feeling generous 😄😄
He doesn't do that to Twiggy who stands up to him though.

DeleteI wish my two slept as well together as your three. I also wish mine would sit for a photo. However, when I get my camera out, whichever one I'm trying to photograph, he seems to know and gets up and walks (or runs) away. Yours are simply wonderful and photogenic.

ReplyDeleteLovely post and the lady from our Pet Lodge often told us when we did board them into their Penthouse, that a cat sleeps some 18 hours a day. She might have been right about that. This was in the early years when we only had 2 and no cat doors yet. Our very first kitty got run over by a car so we kept them indoors out of fear. Still we lost two more that got hit by a car...
But yours are very sweet for cuddling together. We have none of these six that do so. The sister of the four siblings that got killed by car would cuddle very sweet with her brother Bandido; they were inseparable. Lucky I got photos... The 2nd of our kitties also did snuggle with Barty whom he kind of raised literally.
Oh, they love it when their human parent is together with them on the sofa; that is cat-heaven!

It never ceases to amaze me the places cats choose to sleep … but they do have their 'regular' spots, and when they change, it always makes me concerned if they are sick …. joining you from Saturday's Critters.
