Monday Murals - Bayswater Post Office

I love murals and street art. If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme is for you.  Just follow the Linky steps below.  Once you start looking you will find murals everywhere.  The "Monday Mural" meme goes live on Monday at 12,01AM, Perth,Western Australian time. Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters. Looking forward to your mural finds this week.

Thanks Sami

Another mural I spotted on the main street of the suburb of Bayswater,  just north east of Perth's city centre.

This one was painted by Melski McVee in 2017 and can be found on King William Street on the boundary wall of the heritage Post office/Bendigo Bank building.

  4. Painting murals involves so many challenges — creating a mural on a long low wall is totally different from a large side of a building or even a taller fence, and the results are very fascinating.
    Thanks for hosting Monday Murals!

    1. Thanks Mae. I think a low mural might be more difficult to paint that a taller one.

  7. Love this, I said something similar last week but it really takes little effort to really lift a streetscape!

  9. A minha mãe foi durante a vida profissional chefe de estação de correios.
E vivemos uma grande parte da minha vida na casa onde eram os correios (a estação no rés-do-chão e nós vivíamos no primeiro andar).
    Boa semana

  12. Dear Sami, it's so great that so many walls are being beautified all over the country. This narrow, colorful, cheerful strip of wall puts everyone in a much better mood than if it were just gray on gray! Today you'll get another mosaic mural from me - wall decorations made of mosaic tiles that we discovered in an Italian restaurant in Vienna.
All the best and a happy new week, Traude

    1. Not sure why, lately you seem to be posting as anonymous, not sure if you're not logged in on your side. I have that problem if I post from my phone, I appear as anonymous, but I can't work out how to be logged in as myself! Thanks Kwarkito
