Murals seen in the lovely coastal port city of Setubal, on the northern bank of the Sado River.
We walked around the town with our friends who live there and the pedestrian streets in the business centre has so many murals, that I was in Mural Heaven!!

DeleteBusinesses that have shutters make me feel like I am in an unsafe area, but having murals on the shutters makes much less of an unsafe feeling impact.
ReplyDeleteIt seems to be quite common in some areas in Portugal and even more common in Spain. I have no idea why, but Setúbal is quite safe and that was a pedestrian only area.
