Mural by Vans The Omega, an Adelaide artist, painted in 2016 for Re.Discover Bunbury, on the walls of William Barrett & Sons Funeral Directors, on a lane off Stirling Street in Bunbury.
This is a very large and LONG mural, Sami. It is truly lovely and one I think the artist can be proud of. The lady's face is gorgeous. Thanks for sharing this and I hope your new year is filled with good health, safety, and joy.
ReplyDeleteThanks Elizabeth. Yes, she does have a pretty face and love the colours of the mural too.
Delete...it's a beautiful portrait. Thanks Sami for hosting, I hope that your 2021 is off to a good start.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tom, so far so good, hopefully it can only get better than last year!
DeleteKind of reminds me of Autumn.
ReplyDeleteI thought more of Spring, but I think that dark sky could be more a reminder of Autumn. Thanks Amy

Thanks Debbie :) Many more to come, saw about 30 or more during our visit to Bunbury - Murals Gold!
DeleteA beautiful woman, tousled tresses - seems like an odd choice on the wall of a funeral home, but it's a good way to start my day!
ReplyDeleteI also thought it was an odd one for a funeral home, there was one on a nearby building more suitable, lol. Thanks David
DeleteThanks Sami
ReplyDeleteThanks Cloudia.
DeleteFuneral homes here are too sedate to have a mural painted on their wall.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pat, I thought this one was a bit too bright for a funeral home, but maybe the intention was to brighten people's days when they are sad.
DeleteThat's a beautiful mural!
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda :)
DeleteIt is a nice mural ...
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thanks Jan :)
