ReplyDeleteIndeed Catarina.
DeleteAww Sami. There are some great photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks Andrew.
DeleteYou certainly know Christmas is comimg in your place!
ReplyDeleteThanks Marianne :)
DeleteAs I look at this array of kitsch, Sami, it is quite clear that in the minds of most Christmas has strayed far, far away from its original religious origins. It has become a bit of an orgy of eating, drinking and aggressive consumerism,
ReplyDeleteI think the meaning of Christmas will hopefully change this year when people are putting more value on family and home and less on consumer goods. In my house there will be gifts for the kids only, the adults will get home made goodies.
DeleteDearest Sami,
ReplyDeleteLove the Christmas tree at the airport!
Hugs,
Mariette
It's a very striking one. Thanks Mariette.
DeleteLOVE the all white lights above all! 🌟
Delete...the flip-flops are perhaps something that I would see in Maui at Christmas time! Santa's VW bus id neat. Thanks Sami for sharing a summery Christmas with us. Take care.
ReplyDeleteI would agree Tom. Flip flops are the national foot wear in Australia, lol. For most of my life I've celebrated Christmas in Summer, but it does feel different from a Christmas in a winter setting.
DeleteOh, I love the decorations and festive feel! Happy Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeanie, Christmas decorations are always pretty.
DeleteSo beautiful and the weather is great too.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous day, my friend. ♥
Thanks Sandee, have a great week.
DeleteThe hammock looks appealing.
ReplyDeleteIt was a very cute Christmas outdoor decor :)
DeleteLooks like Christmas is well underway. I like the tree at the airport, it is quite striking.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day.
Thanks Bill, yes a very pretty tree.

DeleteYes, lucky you, 2C here.
DeleteOh, I added the redipe for the onion cake here. It´s just a suggestion, but I want to make it again.
Today it´ll be kale, though (if I get it. Like former GDR here, well, Karina maybe told you, the threaten us with another harsh lockdown).
Love Santa in the hammock 😊 some people take festive decorating to a whole new level. Santa in the car boot made me smile Sami xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Grace. Some people certainly go all out with the Christmas decor 😊
DeleteWhat a fabulous selection here, all so different.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thanks Jan.
DeleteSorry I missed this earlier. I love the flip-flops and the elf stuffed in the trunk (boot) of the car.
