Monday Murals - Fishy business

These photos were taken in March last year in Queen Victoria street in North Fremantle.
The murals were painted by Indigenous local artist Herbert Marshall, on the front walls of Old Bridge Cellars. The Dhufish was painted in 2013 and the Blue Manna Crab and prawn were added later.

  2. Lifelike portraits of sea life. Only doesn't look going into some cellars at all.

    1. They should have painted some wine bottles instead of seafood, lol. Thanks S.C.

  3. The crab was awesome, but it's too bad the ice machine covered up part of the prawn. Location, location, location!

    1. Yes, location is important, the fish could have been a bit more to the left and then the prawn would have more space next to the ice machine instead of on top of it. Thanks Elizabeth.

  4. They´re well done - but anything with more than four legs gives me the creeps ;-)
