This mural was painted by Mel McVee or Melsky (the same artist that painted Old World Trams and Mexican Fiesta).
Called "Make Hotdogs not War" it was painted in the abandoned house adjoining the Deli from last week's Monday mural, located in Walcott street, Mount Lawley.
Even though the place looks slightly better with this bright mural, it still looks ready to receive some love and attention. I think it might be demolished with the Deli next door...

Have a lovely week!
It does make a point.

DeleteHow sad that it may be demolished!
ReplyDeleteYes, true but it does look very rundown...
DeleteThat is eye-catching. Sad to hear it might have go.
ReplyDeleteHi Nambiar, thanks for your visit.
DeleteA nice find, sad it will disappear.
ReplyDeleteThanks Marianne, some people just don't look after their buildings...
DeleteCool! Lembra-me uma banda desenhada mas não sei dizer qual...
ReplyDeleteSim, realmente parece um desenho de banda desenhada.
DeleteI like this one a lot! And what a good idea to drop food instead of bombs.
ReplyDeleteThanks Pat, food is certainly better than bombs!
DeleteDearest Sami,
ReplyDeleteWell the murals is one but the grounds need some love as well!
Sending you hugs,
Mariette
The grounds look very unkempt too. Thanks for your visit Mariette.
DeleteI think you're right Sami, but it's taking a while, its been in this condition for ages. The murals really help cheering it up a bit though :)
ReplyDeleteI hadn't seen the place before, it's sad that it's been in this condition for a long time then!
